(re) creating connection
Connection is at the heart of what we all long for within ourself and with one another. My passion is to help couples and individuals experience more satisfying relationships and personal wholeness. I am an empathic, dynamic therapist ready to come alongside people from all walks of life in the journey through seasons of growth, challenge, and change.
My areas of interest include pre-marital and couples therapy, anxiety, depression, trauma, individual identity development, spiritual and faith issues, family growth, parenting, and transition related issues.
Commitment to the process of change is an important part of building trust and moving forward. My goal is to journey with you in the process of growing from your struggles, healing from your pain, and moving forward to where you want to be in life.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling, there is help for you to discover connection, motivation, and the joy longed for in life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. As the grief and loss are processed together, these difficult feelings often settle and the result is a deeper sense of peace and perspective.
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are a supportive place to discuss issues and find solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
